Node Squared Revenue Model

Now that you have a basic understanding of nodes and the Strongblock project, let’s go over why owning and staking the Node Squared token ($N2) is an easier and smarter alternative to creating Strongblock nodes yourself.

The $N2 token has a 12% transfer tax that gets distributed in the following way:

  • 5% fee goes into Node Treasury, used to buy more Nodes

  • 5% of the fee is allocated for marketing and development

  • 2% of the fee is automatically distributed to all $N2 holders to incentivize holding (you receive more N2 tokens just by holding - no need to do anything)

Node Square Revenue Model

The Node Treasury receives 5% of all trading fees, used to purchase community-owned Nodes that generate recurring revenue.

Our initial goal is 100 Strong Nodes which will cost $450,000 and generate approximately $1.5 million in annual revenue at current $STRONG prices.

To achieve this goal, we need roughly $9 million in trading volume. Within a week of launch, we already hit half of our goal, and expect to reach the 100 Strong node milestone soon.

Once we reach our initial goal, we will start acquiring other nodes that have long-term potential such as POKT.
